Spa Specialist & Co-FounderSara is an award-winning Spa Director with extensive global experience across luxury hospitality, cruise lines and wellness operations. She has designed spas for Cunard and Carnival, advised leading hotels and spas as a consultant, and is the founder of Spa Well, one of the UK’s fastest-growing professional communities for spa and wellness management.
Her work gives her access to some of the best spa brands in the industry and a deep understanding of what creates an exceptional treatment experience. At Ocean Spa Services, she leads all of the consulting product curation, trend analysis, treatment design and training support to ensure every yacht receives expert guidance grounded in years of hands-on operational knowledge.

Operations & Co-FounderCarl brings extensive experience in yacht operations and global logistics, having worked across a range of vessels in multiple regions worldwide. His background gives him a practical understanding of how yachts move, operate and manage supplies — from timing and routing to port challenges and crew demands.
His focus is on ensuring that every delivery is coordinated smoothly, arrives where it needs to be, and fits seamlessly into the rhythm of yacht life. Carl bridges the gap between what a spa requires and how a yacht functions, ensuring our provisioning process is efficient, realistic and dependable, no matter the itinerary.
